Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Maintenance & Operations:
  • Manage and oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully functional.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
  • Travel Arrangement:
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements for team members, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Team Engagement Activities:
  • Plan and host engaging team happy hours, ensuring fun and inclusive events that foster team bonding.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
  • Content Management:
  • Update website and LinkedIn content to accurately showcase company services and initiatives.
Technical Skills required:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and meeting tools.
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress) and LinkedIn updates.
  • Experience in managing schedules, logistics, and event planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
